Home sales in Newtown and nearby Bethel include two foreclosured colonials.

The winter lull in home sales in the Newtown area continued this week. Three Newtown colonials -- one a foreclosure, one newer and one lavish -- changed hands, while Bethel home sales included an updated condo, a colonial in foreclosure and an oversize split level on a quiet street.
