Kundalini Yoga with Chris Smith

Kundalini Yoga is one of the most powerful ways to energize and revitalize all of the systems of your body; including the glandular, nervous, and circulatory systems. Many people think of yoga as simply stretching and postures to relieve stress and promote relaxation. Kundalini Yoga combines these, but also uses breath and meditiation, often in sequential and aerobic exercises, to promote complete super-health and a union of your body, mind, and spirit.

Beginners are encouraged and men are welcome. Chris Smith is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, with over twenty years of teaching experience in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
