As a Newtown Resident, Realtor for Coldwell Banker and team leader of The Around Town Team, I have an inherent interest in our local Real Estate market. Not just from a market and sales side, but also how we, as Newtown residents interact with the market. How does real estate shape our lives as individuals? Personal Background:I currently reside in the Sandy Hook portion of Newtown with my wonderful wife, Jessica Tendler Sachs, our adorable daughter Emily and ferocious 15lb Schnauzer/Poodle mix, Charlie. I grew up in the beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania area but am now quite proud to call Newtown, Connecticut my home.
