Mr. Roznicki has over 40 years of professional experience in various Marketing, Sales, Financial, and Administrative positions in the healthcare and aerospace industries. Expertise has been developed in contract negotiation, research and development administration, organizational research, acquisition analysis and strategic and long range planning, having directed those functions at AMF (1960-65), Perkin-Elmer (1965-72) and Technicon Instruments Corporation (1972-88). He has worked closely with prominent professors at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan Center) and the University of Pittsburgh in the development of advanced management practices and has written a variety of manuals for several major companies. While working with Technicon Instruments Corporation he established a Joint Research Laboratory in 1986, for the development of various monoclonal antibodies, in the People’s Republic of China and held the position of Co-Chairman of the Joint Board of Directors. The venture with the Shanghai Second Medical University was conceived, negotiated, implemented and operational in a period of nine months from initial contact with Chinese Officials. Mr. Roznicki was a founder of Business Development Resources Inc. The company, established in 1988, provided services to clients in Strategic and Long Range Planning, Business Planning and Financial Analysis, Marketing and Sales Development, Product Development and Investment Funding. BDR Medical, a subsidiary of Business Development Resources Inc., was established in 1992 and provided a wide range of chemistries to hospitals and private laboratories for the determination and quantification of specific analytes in blood. Prior to the sale of the company in 1992, Mr. Roznicki was a principal, CEO and member of the Board of Directors, of MedMark International Inc. The company provided decontamination/sterilization instrumentation for the safe processing of medical infectious waste to hospitals and private laboratories.

Bucknell University

Economics/Chemistry-1954 – 1958

Mr. Roznicki majored in economics at Bucknell University with a minor in chemistry. Linking both business and technical degrees provided a sound basis for work in the high technology market segment. In addition, he has acquired an Executive MBA, at the University of Pittsburgh.
