Michael Taweh and his wife in the memory of their son, Kevin. The nonprofit has clocked nearly 2,500 patient visits and $2 million in free medical services.</p> <p>Having received a $500,000 from the state Department of Social Services, the clinic is planning to renovate a building at the former Fairfield Hills Hospital site for use as its new home.</p>
