<p>A new American bistro near the heart of Sandy Hook featuring a wood-fired oven and open kitchen layout.</p>
<p>The owners said they try to get as much of the food locally sourced as possible, including produce, honey, McLaughlin Vineyard wines and Thomas Hooker beer. Much of the beer and pasta also is to be made on site.</p> <p>The restaurant also offers a kids' menu and dessert case.</p> <p>Initial reviews of the restaurant have generally been very positive.</p>
