Mary's Garden

I wrote this poem after I read that Mary Sherlach liked to garden. I imagined her beautiful garden in Heaven, where she and the other teachers are tending to it, as well as to the children ♥♥♥

Mary's Garden

The other day I had a dream,
it wasn't as scary as it seemed,
the lil' angels were a team,
back at Mary's Garden.

Lauren, Anne Marie, and Rachel were there,
giving the children the greatest care,
Victoria and Dawn stopped to stare,
at all the love in Mary's Garden.

Mary took sweet Allison aside,

while Jessica, Avielle, and Jesse took a ride,
on wild horses across the sky,
back at Mary's Garden.

She taught her all she did know,
about how to make a garden grow,
while James and Ana put on a show,
back at Mary's Garden.

Catherine Violet touched the sky,
as Chase and Jack went running by,
Grace had a twinkle in her eye,
back at Mary's Garden.

Benjamin, and Olivia played on the soccer field,
while Charlotte helped all the animals heal,
and Madeleine's love of dogs was revealed,
back at Mary's Garden.

Silly Caroline played some tricks,
while Noah had some things to fix,
Dylan watched the moon eclipse,
back at Mary's Garden.

Daniel joined the fireman's platoon,
as Josephine chased purple balloons,
and Emilie had daisies to prune,
back at Mary's Garden.

Come on lil' angels please,
I'm down on my knees,
I hope you get all the hugs and love you need,
back at Mary's Garden.

Though I know you're in good hands,
and that God really has a plan,
it's still difficult to understand,
why you're at Mary's Garden.

I do hope that love will grow,
here on Earth there's seeds to sow,
in your honor we'll make it so,
please find peace in Mary's Garden.

To all the victims and families and friends of the Newtown tragedy...all my love to you...I hope you find some peace...Twenty Seven Seeds of Love for Newtown....spread the seeds of love ♥♥

I remember years ago that not all of the information about the Kennedy death and assassination wouldRead More not be unsealed until 2017, so why not be able to seal the records of these deaths for the same amount of time?

To further support my support of Aurelia, the letter above states it was the New York Post thatRead More wanted the details. Good for you town clerk! I goggled the Connecticut Council on Freedom of Information and they are indeed nothing more than a non-profit group. They are not a government agency. And an inept one - their own website is a mess. What clowns.- http://ctcouncilfoi.org/

Town Clerk Aurelia is already causing the town to needlessly spend money defending her derelictionRead More of duty: "An attorney representing the town, with the law firm Cohen and Wolf, issued an opinion in response to the, (New York), Post's request stating that the public is only allowed to view death and marriage certificates that are "at least one hundred years old." Cost aside she is pushing for a state law that would restrict access to a minors birth certificate for 6 months, she originally wanted them sealed for 10 years. The only thing the proposed law is going to accomplish is the healing that has been accomplished is going to be undone when the seal expires. This is much ado about nothing. http://www.newstimes.com/local/article/Newtown-officials-withhold-death-certificates-4526713.php
