On this day tragedy hit Sandy Hook
and an entire nation was shook
As 6 teachers and 20 students
were took so quick
How ironic that the date
12 +14=26 and the little
ones were just starting to learn
their arithmetic
Though none of us can understand
just know its all part of God's plan
and 26 angels are holding your hands
and that one day we will all understand
Celebrate this Christmas in a big way
for 20 little angels will be looking
your way singing Santa Claus
is coming to Newtown today!
