With the nor'easter dropping between 5 inches and nearly a foot of snow across various parts of the state, Superintendent of Schools Janet Robinson just announced that Newtown Public Schools will have a 2-hour delayed opening today, Nov. 8.
There will be no AM kindergarten, too, according to the message on the district's website.
