Newtown Schools Closed Monday & Tuesday
Because of the Hurricane Sandy forecast, Newtown schools will be closed on Monday and Tuesday.
As Hurricane Sandy makes its way to Connecticut, officials decided to cancel school in Newtown for Monday and Tuesday. According to the district website, only janitors will be reporting to work.
