Middle Gate fourth grader Mia Guarna created this fire prevention poster as part of a townwide contest open to all fourth graders in Newtown. Her proud mother Joanna Hoha sent along the art for us to share with the community.
Thanks to her work, she'll be going on to compete in the state fire prevention poster contest alongside fourth graders from across Connecticut.
