To our Newtown, CT Family:
Though distance may separate us, the recent tragedy in Newtown reminds us that we are all One—Children of the Creator, the Great Spirit. We may all have different appearances on the outside, but are all the same on the inside and forever connected by the spark of the Divine within our souls.
In this hour, we put aside our cultural differences, religious preferences, and find the commonality we all share and that is the trait of “love and compassion.” As you met the trying time of that morning hour and as you meet those of the days ahead, know “You Never Walk Alone!” Around the globe, there are heartfelt prayers offered for You and Yours from those you may never meet here on earth but whom in oneness of Spirit deeply care. More importantly, the World of Spirit surrounds you to offer Peace, Comfort, Healing, and Guidance in the days to come.
In the practice of my chosen religion, we know that life goes on! We have the understanding of a “Continuity of Life” that keeps the Spirit progressing throughout all of eternity. Your adorable children and loving spouses, parents, brother, and sisters have graduated to the next dimension of life and continue in that unbroken continuity. Know they have been welcomed by those who have gone on before and who will lovingly guide them in their path of progression. And although we grieve for so many leaving us at that same hour, think how comforting it was for them as they crossed that bridge into the next life together and now share the beauty of the Spirit World—some reflect upon as heaven. Know that although you can no longer share physical experiences, your loved one’s Spirit, now in that unseen great beyond, remains as close to you as always. They can always touch your soul. They are just a thought away.
May these few words bring you solace as your eyes transmit them to your heart and soul. My consciousness assures me that all my Cleric colleagues, Spiritualist Healers, and all members of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches, as well as Spiritualists around the world, lift up their voices in prayer and send healing for You and Yours. May the God of your understanding keep you and bless you until that day of joyous reunion.
