Health & Fitness

This week is brought to you by the letter "G".

"G" is for grateful.

These are some of the things I am grateful for.

The unconditional love of my husband and our family, including our dog.

The love and laughter of my friends.

The beauty of birds singing, the lake glistening, the warmth of the sun, the rare eagle overhead, the return of the blue herons.

Having the ability and desire to waterski, take long walks, swim, work out, take long bike rides, and stay fit.

Positive Discipline, which has helped me improve my relationships and filled my cup in so many ways.

What are you grateful for?
