Gordon Williams and Lina Williams sold 32 Main St., on Oct. 1 to Christopher Spiro for $420,000. Volume 1018, pages 186-187.

Mary Ondov sold 6 Sugarloaf Road on Oct. 1 to Leigh Smith and Susan Smith for $352,000. Volume 1018, pages 292-293.

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold 36 Tomahawk Trail on Sept. 28 to Ohio Investment LLC for $101,347. Volume 1018, pages 33-35.

Nancy Smith sold 6 Jo Mar Drive to the Newtown Forest Association on Sept. 28 for $1. Volume 1018, pages 42-45.
