Newtown Girls Basketball Team Earns Props
The Class LL state champions are honored during Tuesday's Board of Education meeting.
At the Board of Education meeting Tuesday state Rep. DebraLee Hovey read an official citation from the Connecticut General Assembly congratulating the Girls' Basketball team for its Class LL state championship for 2011-12 wishing the players continued success "on and off the court."
