That's crazy!! I know someone who lives in the trailer community on Route 25, last week she spotted a weird guy on her lawn. He claimed to be with Charter, well after calls to both Charter and the NPD, surprise, surprise, Charter never heard of the guy nor dod they have any workers in the area at the time!!

Whenever a location makes the news, all the looneys converge on that location. Towns/cities ravaged by tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes brings out all the scam artists. I've read about the scam artists that have tried to scam others for money regarding the Newtown tragedy. I hope the authorities find that guy because the fact that he was taking pictures really bothers me. Continued thoughts and prayers. Love from Chicago---Joanne.
