Police Blotter: Failure to Appear, Evading Responsibility
The following arrest information was supplied by the Newtown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Eurico Costa, 26, of Bridgeport, was turned in to Newtown Police on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at approximately 8:05 p.m. after his family learned of a warrant for his arrest on a failure to appear charge.
Costa was released on $500 cash bond and was scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Sept. 27.

John Pasquence, 48, of Danbury, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive to the right on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at approximately 6:30 p.m.
