Early Morning DUI Without a License

All persons accused are considered innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.

 

At almost 3 a.m. on Sept. 20, Manuel Leon, 37, Oakley St, New Haven, was driving east on Berkshire Road when he was observed crossing the center line several times.

A Newtown Police Officer conducted  a traffic stop, and after a brief investigation Leon was arrested for DUI, Failure to Drive Right, Failure to Drive Right at a Curve and Driving without a license.  He was brought to the Newtown Police Station where he was processed and released on a $125 cash bond.  He will appear in Danbury Superior Court on October 9, 2012.
