Domestic Dispute Leads to Drug Charges
Police arrest a Diamond Drive resident on multiple charges.
A 19-year-old Newtown man was arrested on multiple charges following a reported domestic dispute at his Diamond Drive residence at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 21.
According to police, officers charged Eric M. Kurtz, of 8 Diamond Drive, with breach of peace, criminal mischief, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said Kurtz was released after posting a $1,500 surety bond and was due in court on Nov. 23.
