The Four Disciplines of Execution: Newtown Chamber Monthly Breakfast

Do you have great ideas for your business but get stuck when it comes to implementing them?  Do you have great strategies and best intentions that quickly fade when you introduce them to your team?    If that sounds familiar, then this presentation and workshop is for you.

The 4 Disciplines of Execution are based on a process that is very practical, quite simple and somewhat surprising.  These disciplines are grounded in how we naturally think and act as an individual and how we think and act as a business owner - touching both on our emotions and our logic.  Once understood, these disciplines can be integrated into our daily efforts to help us execute changes and get the results we want.  This presentation will be in a workshop format and participants will leave with an outline and process they can immediately use.  Come prepared with the most important goals you want by year end, and be ready to learn the disciplines that will help ensure your success.

This presentation is based in part on the book “Execution” by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan, and a copy of the book will be offered as a door prize.  Hope to see you there!
