Walking With Ease and Power Sunday, January 12th 11:00‐1:00pm Byron Eddy LMT CMI Walking is the premier functional exercise of daily human life. Observe people walking and you will see many different forms. Why? It is a learned behavior and is not part of our autonomic nervous system. We learned to walk primarily through observation and experimentation. Usingthe functional pathways of CMI we can become aware of and change, in a positive way, our habitual patterns and come out better possibly avoiding hip, knee, and back trouble. Dellagrotte Core Movement Integration is designed to promote efficient, integrated movement through the whole body using the brain’s sense and image of movement and specific movement lessons. In this two hour class you will be guided into new ways of walking from standing, lying, and sitting positions. This is not an exercise class and is beneficial to all people in all “walks” of life. Dress in comfortable clothing and be prepared to move. Bring a yoga mat or large bath towel. Class Fee $24.00 Registration Required.http://www.newmorn.com/general/class_registration2.php

Detoxification for Health Tuesday, January 14th 5:30‐6:30pm Alison Birks, MS (AHG) CNS Join our Nutritionist Alison Birks in a Two Week or Four Week life changing detoxification / Cleanse Program that supports a simple, safe and effective path to improved health and vitality. We live in an ever‐increasing toxic environment. This fact is difficult to deny. Many of the toxins abundant in the environment today did not exist 30 years ago, including certain pesticides, herbicides, and industrial chemicals that can enter our bodies through the food, water and air supplies. These toxins can become trapped in our body’s organs and tissues, which over time can negatively impact health, reduce vitality and eventually may contribute to the development of chronic diseases. A detoxification program should be easy to follow, effective and most importantly, safe e to use. By supporting the body’s natural two‐phase detoxification process, toxins can safely and effectively be removed from the body.
