Madeline Lillian (Pilotte) Jerolmon of Newtown passed away on October 27th, at Danbury Hospital. She died peacefully surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Sullivan) Pilotte. She was predeceased by brothers Joseph and William Pilotte of Hamden, CT and her husband Walter Jerolmon of Newtown. They were happily married for 46 years.
She was born in New Haven, CT on June 18, 1925. For the past 50 years she resided in Newtown. Madeline’s life was her family. She enjoyed participating in the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchild.
She is survived by three sons; Walter and his wife Gloria Jerolmon of Milford, Gary Jerolmon of Bristol and Robert Jerolmon and his wife Nancy of New Milford; two daughters Kathleen and her husband David Walsh of Marblehead, MA and Mary and her husband Jim Villamana of Newtown, CT. She had ten grandchildren; Jennifer Amore, Derek and Brittany Walsh, Conor, Asher, Aaron, and Corey Jerolmon, Matthew, Lauren, and Colin Villamana. She had one great granddaughter, Juliet Amore.
Calling hours are at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, CT from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October, 29th. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown, CT on Wednesday, October 30th, at 10:00am. Interment will follow at the Newtown Village Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org or to Susan G.
