Silent Auction of Sports Memorabilia -fundraiser for Wounded Soldiers

    Some of the autographed sports memorabilia now on display at The Sports Authority’s Danbury Store (13 Sugar Hollow Rd).  The items are part of an ongoing Silent Auction to benefit severely wounded returning war veterans.  100% of money raised will be donated to ‘Homes For Our Troops’, a national nonprofit which builds custom handicap homes for military personnel facing life-altering injuries.   All winning bids will be made out to HFOT and are tax-deductible. are tax deductible.

    The Silent Auction will remain at The Sports Authority Danbury until 6 PM Saturday, August 25th.  It will then travel to 1st & 10 Sports Bar and Grill, 507 Danbury Rd, New Milford for the final hours of bidding  7 – 10 that evening.
