In the 19th Annual Al Leonard Jimmy Fund Tournament, the Newtown Renegades faced off against Norwalk. Newtown's 9U Renegades took command with a 5 run lead in the top of the 1st and never looked back.  At the plate, the team had extra base hits from Joey Rios, Connor Haywood, Matt Bradbury and Thomas Tavar. John Godino and Josh Taylor combined to hold Norwalk to 1 hit and no earned runs over 5 innings.

Haywood Insurance Marines 10, McGuire's Ale House Brewers 8

The Marines led 7-1 after 2 innings, and came back to win 10-8 in walk off fashion. Connor Haywood and Thomas Tavar pitched very well for the Marines. At the plate, the Marines were led by Joey Rios with 2 RBIs and Ethan Goodman with 2 RBIs. The Brewers offense was led by Aidan Finnegan with 2 singles, Tristan Andrew with a single and a triple, and Shaine Luzietti with a single and a double.

Mobil 1 Drillers 4, McGuire's Ale House Brewers 4

An exciting, fast paced game saw the Drillers and Brewers go extra innings and finish in a 4-4 tie.  CJ Giacin, Patrick Boyle, Jared Dunn..and Eamon Doherty were on the hill for the Drillers. For the Brewers, Brett Melchionno, Braedon Reed, Shaine Luzietti and Tristan Andrew kept pace with the Drillers pitching.  Shaine Luzietti paced the Brewers offense with 2 hits and an RBI, while Doherty and Dunn led the offense for the Drillers.

McGuire's Ale House Brewers 17, Big Dawgs 6

Solid pitching and defense were the story for the Brewers win. James Malin and Kieran Coffey combined on the mound for the victory.  Offensively, the Brewers had extra base hits from Tristan Andrew, Aidan Finnegan, Jake Pare and Josh Taylor. The Big Dawgs were paced offensively by Matt Bradbury, Michael Haddick, Sean Roche and Jack Street.
