Tulips & Windmills

The October meeting of The Garden Club of Newtown
will feature club member Deb Osborne with another fascinating travel adventure,
Tulips and Windmills, at the
Cyrenius H. Booth Library at 1pm on Tuesday October 22.

Two years ago Deb Osborne took us to Antarctica with
a wonderful photographic presentation of her travels there and this year we
will join her on a European trip.  Tulips and Windmills begins with a
river cruise ship, sailing through Holland and Belgium and visiting Delft, the
beautiful Keukendorf Gardens, Rotterdam and Antwerp.  Flying on to London, she then visits the
spectacular English manor gardens of Sissinghurst, Kew Gardens, Pashley Manor,
Sir Harold Hillier Gardens and Houghton Lodge.
Join us for gardening inspiration as she shares her experiences.
