Summer Jam! - Children's Concert Series

The 2nd Annual Claris Construction Inc. Summer Jam Concert Series kicks off, with the first of seven consecutive weekly performances, with entertainment provided today by Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys.  Pack a blanket and a picnic lunch and come spend the afternoon in the park!  Performances are free courtesy of the generosity of our sponsors, including our title sponsor, Claris Construction, and our gold-level sponsors, including Caraluzzi's, Andy Sachs of Coldwell Banker, Honda of Danbury, People's United Bank, Popowich Chiropractic & Acupuncture Care, The Taunton Press, and Union Savings Bank.  Hearts of Hope Newtown will have hearts available to paint following this first performance, with a suggested donation of $4/heart.  For additional information or to receive inclement weather plans, like us on Facebook at newtownsummerjam.  This series is a program of Newtown Parks and Recreation.
