St. Rose of Lima School is pleased to announce that acclaimed speaker, writer and peak performance coach, Rex Crain will be hosting a community session on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 6:30pm in the Monsignor Weiss Gathering Hall at St. Rose of Lima School, 40 Church Hill Road, Newtown, Connecticut

Rex has motivated and empowered people from all walks of life, from athletes, celebrities, to adults and children in the most deprived places of our world.  He has devoted the last sixteen years of his life to helping people discover and develop their own unique qualities of greatness.  He is considered one of the nations top leaders in peak performance coaching.  In his groundbreaking book, Life Lift, Rex shows readers how to: Let go of things that don't serve you or satisfy you.  How to envision the life that will inspire and reward you and how to overcome the hears and challenges that hold you back.  Rex is coming to Newtown to share his inspiring story and his motivational tools for relieving emotional and financial distress.  The program is open to the Adult audience in our community.
