Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is anyonewho are interested in having a tool to self-heal and relax body, mind and spirit.  (ages 16+)

Friday night 6:30-8:30 we will experience our energy bodies (the chakras) through meditation and visualizations.  We will discuss the basics of Reiki.

Sunday we will receive the attunements to Reiki and learn hand positions to treat self and others.  More information is available on inner-reflections-studio.com
