     Summertime Fun~ Kids Yoga Classes start next week at SOUND

Want to participate with your little one this summer in a joyful relaxing environment? Try our Buddha Babies class starting next Monday at 10am

In this Buddha Babies class, children ages 3-6 and their caregivers will practice yoga poses, intentional breathing, guided meditations and listen to inspiring stores in a joyful & relaxing environment. The benefits will be plentiful for both child and adult! 

Or for older kids the Stretch and Glow drop off yoga classes are a great alternative to full week camps. 

Stretch and Glow (ages 3-6) at 1:30pm

Stretch and Glow (ages 6-10) at 2:30pm

Stretch and Glow (ages 10-13) at 3:30pm

all summer sessions start next Monday July 8 (drop ins welcome)
