Guided Trail Hike @ Newtown Forest Association's Brunot Preserve

Newtown Forest Association Guided Spring Hike at the Brunot Preserve: Saturday, July 6 at 12:30 p.m.

The Brunot Preserve totals more than 70 acres of open space which is bounded by the Newtown-Bethel town line, Plumtrees Road and Taunton Hill Road. The preserve includes wetlands, woodlands and three gorgeous hidden
meadows along the Bethel town line, as well as a fun series of “Scrabble” themed geocaches. The ecological diversity at the Brunot Preserve is also benefited by private woodlands and a 72-acre Bethel Land Trust preserve that abut our property in Bethel. Each habitat present at the Brunot
Preserve is invaluable to enhancing this wildlife sanctuary largely hidden from outsiders.

Sponsored by Newtown Forest Association (NFA). Rain cancels. Pre-registration is NOT NECESSARY.
