Greys Plain One room early American schoolhouse
Newtown Historical Society will entertain guest speakers Ms Lindsay M Steel on the topic of the preservation of the little
Early American School house in Sandy hook on Greys Plain off route 34 in Sandy Hook. The objective is to create a bond between the history of this quaint one room of learning with the importance of education and how Newtown has reserved being one of the highest levels of that education in the country
Along with sports and at blue ribbon high school band at one time a nice compliment. So that the historical Society will help advocate for Ms lindsay M Steel in her venture to have the property bought by perhaps the Sandy Hook Fund and have this darling School house moved to the new Sandy Hook School area with new beginnings for all. In someways to honor those we all lost in the Sandy hook tragedy, with maybe this house as a monument for those so dear to us lost but not forgotten with a desk of heir own here intheir loving memory to cascade their great spirits living on as this school has for generations past and hopefully to come!
. Any help in this venture (203) 304-1453 many thanks , Lindsay
