The Working Women's Forum, an association of local professionals and entrepreneurs will feature,
"The Gift that Keeps on Giving-Organizing Your Financial Life", by Lynne Marino

When it comes to money, Lynne Marino says she is passionate about educating women to take control of their finances. Her talk will help attendees organize their financial life especially if they have experienced the loss of a loved one. She says, "it's important to know what you have, what needs to be documented, how to find your financial things, and when to discuss finances with a loved one." All of this information will be covered at the meeting.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2007, Lynne Marino held management positions with AT&T and IBM. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in management and finance from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She also has her Master of Science degree in information systems from Pace University in New York.

Specializing in retirement planning strategies, 401K plans, college financial planning, working with estate planning attorneys on estate plans and other financial and investment strategies, Lynne holds Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health Insurance registrations. She is also certified to provide the Connecticut, Michigan and New York State Partnership for Long Term Care.

Actively involved in Fairfield County as a volunteer, Lynn is a Budget Coach for Women's Business Development Center, Entrepreneurial Women's Network, and the Executive Women's Golf Association. She sings and dances with "Treblemakers" who perform for area nursing homes, and FISH who give rides to the elderly.

The program will be held Wednesday, November 14 at The Villa Restaurant, 4 Riverside Road in Sandy Hook. Networking and appetizers begin at 6 PM followed by the guest speaker. For reservations email register at rsvp@workingwomensforum.net, or call WWF President, Maureen Wilson 203-470-9097.
