Stop by to see Sandy Hook School's Project Eagle community service group at Newtown's sixth annual Earth Day Festival on Saturday, April 27 from 10am-4pm at the Newtown Middle School.
You can learn about our school recycling program and how easy it is. We will have a recycling bin to collect empty juice pouches (Capri Sun or Kool Aid), broken crayons (Crayola only), dried pens and stubby pencils to add to our recycling piles at SHS.
If you stop by our table, you can pick up a Sandy Hook Spirit to Soar bracelet as well as a wildflower seed pouch, compliments of The Cameron Effect, to plant in your yard.
