Join the Power Network, the Leads Group of the Monroe and Newtown Chambers, at their November 15th meeting featuring Ileana Kotulich, Independent Sales Director with Mary Kay. 

Ileana began building her Mary Kay business 16 years ago, walking away from a successful career as a Child Psychologist. She began her involvement with the DISC Assessment method with author, business coach, and motivational speaker Bill Cantrell about 14 years ago.   Ileana will present a brief overview of the DISC personality styles and explain how to apply techniques for identifying our own behavioral style as well recognizing others.
