A Bunny
Watch will be held this Friday and Saturday, April 18 and 19, at Fairfield
Hills near Glander’s Field in Newtown.
On
tractor-driven hayrides, the kids search for bunnies hidden everywhere – in the
trees, the brush, the bushes and tall grass. The events runs from 10 am to 4
pm.
The cost is $5 for the hayride, a “Bunny Watch” tally sheet and a
face-to-face meeting with the Easter bunny. The event will also feature a blow-up slide and face painting.

Watch is being hosted by the Newtown High School Odyssey of the Mind Team. All
proceeds from the event will help pay for their trip to the World Finals, being
held this year at Iowa State University. The Odyssey of the Mind program provides
creative problem-solving challenges for students of all ages. Over 13 countries
and 35 states are expected to compete at the World Finals.
