Developing a Personal Practice with Yoga Therapist Karen Pierce
Don't know where to start creating a personal yoga practice? Are you
stretched for time? There is a right yoga for everyone and it only takes
7 min a day! Lead by Yoga Therapist, Karen Pierce, you will learn the 5
principles of practice to make Yoga entirely your own, efficient,
powerful and safe. You will also learn the 7 sequences (or order of
poses/asanas) to incorporate into your practice creating complete
balance in body, breath & brain. This is not your typical yoga
class!
You will learn to move within the normal limitations of your body and
the natural boundaries of your breath…yoga adapted to YOU. An authentic
yoga practice designed correctly for each person results in profound
changes in every aspect of life.
