Where in Newtown? Identify This Close-Up

Can you pick out where in Newtown this photo was taken?

Hey Patch readers! I'll be introducing a new feature here called "Where in Newtown," starting weekly right here. Here's how it works: I'll post a photo of a place around town -- sometimes zoomed in super-close so it's hard to recognize -- and you guess where it was taken in the comments. Sometimes it'll be a town landmark, sometimes just a location I thought looked interesting.

This game rewards your attention to detail and knowledge of Newtown. (We'll try to keep them a little challenging, but you experts may beat me to the punch at first -- we'll see.)

If you have a suggestion or would like to share your photo for "Where in Newtown?", get in touch with me at davis.dunavin@patch.com. Good luck!

@ Book Reader: So what? Many 'hometown' newspapers across America have such a piece each week. They also have Obits, Citizen of the Week, Cutest Baby, The Way We Were, etc.... Our local paper here in the Florida Keys has been featuring this sort of thing for YEARS. People seem to enjoy it....

Yes, so many newspapers have this already. Why try to mimic up what someone else already does so well?

So... I take it that you do not know what the location of the image is...? ;-)

Why not proffer a suggestion of your own? Perhaps Patch will adopt your idea(s)!
