Newtown Real Estate Market

I have so many people asking about the Newtown Real Estate Market and I would like to post that we are down about 4% from last year but up for the month of August.  Things are looking great for September in my office and we have had several homes go right under deposit when listed.  Homes must be priced right and ready for showing to win in this market.  Buyers are still fussy and have choices but the rates are creeping up and that is moving the lookers over to the buyers corner.  This is a changing market but so far no dramatic changes.
