My name is Dana and I am a professional dancer from Los Angeles. On 12/21/12 my fiance and I hosted a fundraiser in North Hollywood Ca at Millennium Dance Complex. The event was a PHENOMENAL success. Over 100 dancers came out with only 2 days notice to support this cause. The LA dance community came together for 3 hours of free classes and donations were accepted for Sandy Hook. We will send all of the money raised to the PTSA at Sandy Hook Elementary school. Like the rest of the nation, we were deeply saddened by the events in Newtown. We wanted to rally other dancers and young artists to show our love and support for the victims, their families and friends and all the people of Newtown during this very tragic time.
