Fred Collis joins Coastal Properties Group International

Coastal Properties Group International, the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in Tampa Bay, announced that the Fred Collis  has joined the company.  

“We are pleased to welcome Fred to Coastal Properties Group International,” stated Alex Jansen, Coastal’s Owner and Managing Broker. “He is an expert in this local area and offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in Pinellas County.”

A resident of Clearwater, FL since 2005, Fred was born and raised in Wilton, CT. After obtaining his college degree in Business Administration in 1994, Fred moved to Georgia where he became a professional pro stock motorcycle racer and was national champion for 2 consecutive years.

Fred began his career in real estate in 2000 by investing in rental homes. He was previously with Keller Williams Realty before joining Coastal Properties Group International. Fred specializes in working with buyers and sellers in central Pinellas County.

 “Buying or selling a home in today’s market is no easy task,” explained Mr. Collis. “Being a part of Coastal Properties Group International will allow me to better service all my real estate clients by providing them with top notch marketing and technology solutions to get their homes sold quickly.”
