Customers coming into GNC at Sand Hill Plaza tell the nutrition store they're happy to have them in town.
GNC opened the doors to its space at 228 South Main St. in early June, says store manager Andrew Painter, of Watertown.
And they're off to a good start, he says, noting the popularity of the customizable monthly vita-packs. Those cost between $40 and about $55 depending on the type of vitamins and supplements a person wants.
"It's the best complete package," Painter says of the vita-packs.
And the clients have been great, adds employee Jeanne Theleen, of Southbury.
"Everyone's nice who comes by," she says.
GNC is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
