A celebration of the unconditional love we receive from our pets and a benefit for homeless animals took place Saturday afternoon at the McLaughlin Vineyards in Sandy Hook.
A joint effort of Newtown’s The Animal Centerand Ridgefield’s ROAR, the festival showcased the talents of several local artists, photographers and sculptors.
Proceeds of the sales directly benefited the two rescue organizations in their quest to care for and find homes for the area’s strays.
