St. Rose of Lima Parish in Newtown is pleased to announce that it will host its annual Carnival on the parish grounds beginning on Tuesday evening, June 26, 2012 and running through Saturday, June 30th.
As in past years, the popular area carnival will feature rides and carnival games from 6pm - 10:30pm each evening, as well as a Kiddie tent with face painting and coloring. Food will be plentiful, and will include burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, a dessert booth and fried dough, along with nightly specials from local restaurants.
Additionally, the St. Rose Home and School Association will offer their monthly Friday Bingo Night during the carnival on Friday, June 29th. Doors open at 5:45pm and games begin at 6:30pm. Admission is $17 per person, which includes all regular and some special games, and carnival food will be available through student waiters.
