Our House, written by Theresa Rebeck, the creator of TV's hit "Smash," is a deliciously scathing new comedy that takes on the media-obsessed culture intent on turning even the most sobering crisis into sexy entertainment.  When a real life sociopath demands his five minutes of fame, he comes face to face with a pathology far more sophisticated and dangerous than even he could have imagined.  The collision takes us on a ride we will never forget. Ms. Rebeck, who is known to our audiences from last season’s Mauritius, has said, “As a writer, I have always considered it my job to describe the world as I know it; to struggle toward whatever portion of the truth is available to me.”

Cast includes Jen Newby as Jennifer; Steve Lobis as Wes; Robert A. Norman as Stu; Greg Davis as Merv; Emily West as Alice; Coz Baldwin as Vince; Leann Wintermute as Grisby. Directed by Aaron Wexler. Produced by Ken Junkins.

Performances take place on July 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, and 28.

Ticket prices are $14-$16 and can be obtained by calling the box office at 215.860.0818 or online at www.langhorneplayers.org

I remember years ago that not all of the information about the Kennedy death and assassination wouldRead More not be unsealed until 2017, so why not be able to seal the records of these deaths for the same amount of time?

To further support my support of Aurelia, the letter above states it was the New York Post thatRead More wanted the details. Good for you town clerk! I goggled the Connecticut Council on Freedom of Information and they are indeed nothing more than a non-profit group. They are not a government agency. And an inept one - their own website is a mess. What clowns.- http://ctcouncilfoi.org/

Town Clerk Aurelia is already causing the town to needlessly spend money defending her derelictionRead More of duty: "An attorney representing the town, with the law firm Cohen and Wolf, issued an opinion in response to the, (New York), Post's request stating that the public is only allowed to view death and marriage certificates that are "at least one hundred years old." Cost aside she is pushing for a state law that would restrict access to a minors birth certificate for 6 months, she originally wanted them sealed for 10 years. The only thing the proposed law is going to accomplish is the healing that has been accomplished is going to be undone when the seal expires. This is much ado about nothing. http://www.newstimes.com/local/article/Newtown-officials-withhold-death-certificates-4526713.php
