Garden Club of Newtown

The Garden Club of Newtown's speaker this month is Lisa Turoczi, who will present her program Native Plants and their Use in the Landscape on Tuesday January 24th at 1pm in the first floor meeting room of the Cyrenius H. Booth Library at 25 Main Street.

Adding native plants to gardens brings numerous benefits.  In her talk, Ms. Turoczi will explain the interdependent relationship between flora and fauna, and how that relationship is an integral part of designing with native plants.
