Flagpole Radio Cafe features Deborah Henson-Conant

Well, President's Day is almost here and that means it's time to buy a new car or refrigerator.  But during the frenzy of the season, don't forget to purchase your tickets to The Flagpole Radio Cafe on February 4th.  And once you remember to purchase your tickets, don't forget to attend the show (Saturday February 4, at 7pm at the Edmond Town Hall in Newtown  www.flagpoleproductions.org ).

I am so excited to have harpist Deborah Henson-Conant join us as our guest artist.   Deborah Henson-Conant (DHC) is a compelling performer and if you have a moment, take a look at the attachment I sent with my note, to discover just how accomplished and dynamic an artist she is.  For crying out loud, she's had 2 PBS specials and has been described by The Boston Globe as "a blend of Steven Tyler, Leonard Bernstein and Xena the Princess Warrior" (by the way, so have I, but that was from my mother so it's not as impressive as coming from The Globe).

Visit our website ( www.flagpoleproductions.org ) to hear a sample of her music and link to her website.

I'll wait.

You will not regret the time you spend doing this.   Indeed I wager you'll thank me.

You're welcome.

So, I hope you are able to come see our fine show and this exrtroardinary musician.  There's also a pre-show reception in the Alexandria Room.  You can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy some music and an exhibit presented by Flagpole Photographers.

As always, if you have friends and loved ones who are unknown to me who might enjoy this show, please share this email with them and tell them how much you love this show (it's okay to lie).  This has proven time and an again to be a marketing strategy that is as efficacious as it is inexpensive.

best regards,

Martin
