If you dropped by the first annual Newtown Pumpkin Festival Saturday at Fairfield Hills, you likely got in some fun, food and music while your kids enjoyed games and treats. You also got to see hundreds of elaborately decorated pumpkins — the site of volunteers lighting them with glow sticks one by one as the night grew dark was really something.
We captured a few of the best pumpkins at the festival, but we want to know: has your family created a jack-o-lantern that can challenge it? Or did you capture a clever pumpkin at the festival we missed? Add your photos to our Newtown Open Blog and we'll show them off on the site.
