Save the date for one of the biggest social events of the year- The Rooster Ball.
The event will take place on Friday, September 12 and, according to the Newtown Cultural Arts Commission, will be "bigger, better, tastier and 'dancier' than even last year!"
Scheduled entertainment includes Gene Dobbs' Ultimate Nu-Cullers Band" and catering by Gallucci's. Tickets are $75 in advance or $100 at the door.
Throughout September, enriching arts activities will pop up around Newtown in support of the Celebrate the Arts Festival on September 13 and 14, 2014 at the Fairfield Hills Campus.
