Poppy Still Missing From Taunton Hill Road Home

Judi Falbo of Helping Connecticut Canines informed Newtown Patch today that Poppy, a dog lost from a Taunton Hill Road home, is still missing after four days in the cold.

The original note from The Animal Center, posted Tuesday:

"Poppy went missing yesterday morning. No luck at the shelters & vets. Last seen at 16 Taunton Hill Road, Newtown. She has an electric fence collar on."

Poppy is lost during a cold spell in Newtown that has brought temperatures down into the teens. Her owner, Yolie Moreno, told Patch Poppy is a rescue originally found living in a mine shaft.

If you see Poppy, call Yolie at 203-426-0302.
