Meet Rocco and Jocko.
These two young littermate brothers were rescued from a kill shelter just hours before they were scheduled to be gassed. Now the one-year-old Boxer pups are being fostered in Bethel and looking for someone to care for them forever.
"They have a unique story," says Green Fur Kidz founder Meli Hibler.
"They have overcome so much to be where they are right now ... We know it's going to be a tall order. Yet, they are ying and yang — they are one dog, not two."
They're fine with kids, cats and other dogs, but Rocco and Jocko are inseparable brothers and would like to stay together for life.
